Imagine that the small organic sports drink business that you have been working for is expanding into a few new markets. However, with new markets comes new demographics of customers and you need to set up a customer relationship management program at your company. You have been charged with finding a customer relationship management (CRM) software that is efficient and effective while keeping costs to a minimum.

Part 1

Your task is to search the Internet to find several CRM Software options to present to your manager. Prepare a summary along with a chart comparing the different features such as: costs, ease of use (for customers and the company), technology required to operate, security procedures to keep customers personal information safe, how this CRM would improve customer relations, and ways the CRM allows you to analyze customer data and identify target customers, etc.

In order to procure CRM software for company for effective operation we nee to consider following points.

a. Cost/Expenditure: always we have to think that , for anything we are procuring for the company cost is the main thing we nee to consider , we need to get different quotation form different vendor or supplier, further we need to negotiate for price reduction and finalise the product and save the cost. so that CMS software is cost effective and purchase the software.

b. User freindly/Customised Reports:The CRM software is user freindly to learn the software for newuser and we can generate customised reports as company wanted.

c. Security of Company date as well as customer data: The CMS software is very secured one which ensures safe for company and customer data.

d. Service after sales: Service after sales is very good as its required in day to day operation , hence supporting team from CMS software company is good and we can consider to purchase.
