4.1 Organizing and controlling are the two most important functions of management... Organising means proper utilizatio of the resources in order to achieve goals or aims of the organisation where as controlling refers to monitoring each and every actions in an organisation... When there is proper control in organization it is easy to achieve the objectives of the organization..Organizing makes it clear that everything is in place.. Proper control brings alot of changes in an organization.To run an organization smoothly both these functions plays an imprtant role .Not only the management should do the work of planning but also they must see everything is in place.

4.2Controlling brings discipline in the organization..Process of controlling is concerned with proper monitoring of al the activities which takes place in an organization.Controlling has variois steps such as a)establishment of stsndads, b)testing the actual performance ,c)comparing the standards with the present performance ,d)Taking necessary actions.

Setting the standards means keepin a rule for all or low for all ..For example keeping in and out timings,dress code,working hours,leaves etc. Standards bring great discipline ..Next step is to evaluate the actual performance like how well we have set the standards..then camparing wether the standards set by us are properly followed or not that means seeing the present performance and monitoring wether things in the organization are going well or not and lastly after comparing taking the actions necessary to run the management.

4.3 output and behavioural controls are the two types of control.. Output control is measurable behavioral control cannot be measured in terms of numbers or money but it involves activitis related to behaviour..behaviour cannot be measured in terms of numbers..out put control gives numeric idea of the situation.

It is important for the managers to include subordinates because manager cannot be arounf the employees 24*7..organization needs proper monitoring of the works done ao that tbey can achieve success ..when someone is there to monitor works get perfect finishing and it saves time and unnecessary chats..As the subordinates report the managers about work it gives the manager clear idea who is working how much..when the manager gets proper reporting he can submit the same to his higher authorities.. When there is subordinate to look after work the other workers dont show laziness as they know there is someone monitoring them at each stage.

Main obstacle to organizational change is firat of all workers and employess couldnt take the change easily... At first everyone will oppose. Change coz all want to have the proper time table work not more than that..change may lead the employees to think eceonomically..

With proper support and incentives bonus plans can change these obstacles .. Employee should be very well motivated to any type of work and there should be rotation of job resposibilities.
