In ethical practice ,the healthcare workers should ask the patient about any allergies towards any drug, food etc while taking the history and should do a sensitivity test before administration of an antibiotic ,this is the policy of the healthcare system . If the physician or other healthcare worker does not follow the policy and practices then they should be given punishment and charge fine for their misconduct and cancellation of their license because it can lead to life threatening conditions .

If a patient is allergic to any medication ,then prescription of that medication by the physician should be warned with a charge of fine and warning about cancellation of license.

If a prescriber ignores an allergic warning , then they should provide a valid reason for ignoring it and should be given punishment by cancellation of license and fining charge to compensate for malpractice .
