Personal relations are different from professional relations, the one who understands this will be stay with probable relations with all, the one who failed in this concept will struggle in personal as well as professional life.

a. There may be a slight differentiated line between superior and subordinate, these two can act according the requirements with in the line. If one cross the limit or line, both these will effect and suffer. There is nothing wrong with in touch with superiors in social networks, but do not take it as advantage and do not ask them any un-authorized aspects.

For example: can you decrease my work load, or can I expect higher hike than any other in the team etc.

The relation should be with the limits and should not cross the limits of each one, and also with in the policy or system only.

b. Nothing wrong with sharing with others about personal life, but it may resulted with many problems. Hence, it is better to not disclose to any one about personal life. Once we enter into work place, our complete focus must be about work only. If some asks you about personal information you can simply skip the topic. It is your talent to change the topic and stay yourself secure.

c. Usually I preferred to talk or share about professional experiences with my classmates, but not personal issues. For this I can use Twitter, FB etc and exchange our views. When we send information to others, or when we speak something with others, definitely we expect revert from others which makes us satisfy or feel good.
