The clinicians and staff are concerned about how the Patient Care and Affordable Care Act will be implemented during this calendar year.

You have been asked to prepare a list of the top five implementation concerns that will affect your facility, employees, and patients in the coming year. Prioritize your list, explain and justify each item, and suggest ways that your facility can address these concerns.

Top five implementation concerns that will affect our facility, employees and patients :

1. Signing up of more people in to affordable care act by reducing costs, due to more cost so many people are not signing into this.

2. Increasing the insured persons high volume Or high number.

3. By maintaining the premium low to sign up more peoples or families, and employees.

4. Redusing the deductibles from insurance. Due to expensive deductibles the families has to pay more payments.

5. By providing good information regarding plans.

6. By allowing the patients to keep their doctors, due to in order to keep cost down some insurance companies may keep less doctors to receive care by families and employees.

There all should be implemented, because by allowing all these the employees and people were get benefits and they shows interest to join in affordable health care act.

With out implementing these are we can not manage a medical center like a good administrator.
