1.Pam should accept a complaint generously when given from the patient party end as it is his responsibility. He can handle it effectively by ensuring acknowledging and assuring the patient that appropriate actions will be taken.

In case if a patient complaint is disregarded it can be taken to the notice of registration body for further query and sorting it out.If this is also not satisfactory then the patient can seek his lawyer's help and a legal case can be filed.

2.Renee's shifting schedule has to be changed.She had a hectic working hours of 12 hours a day and five days a week.Change of shift time can be beneficial to rejuvenate her physically and emotionally and perform better and avoid any accidental negligence.

The nurses are limited to work for a time frame of 40 hours a day.It is typically 8 hours duty for 5 days,10 hours duty for 4 days and 12 hours duty for 3 days.This was scheduled to relive work stress on the nurse.

Here Renee doing 12 hours shift worked 5 days a week which is u0 hours a week.This could be a reason for her exertion and mistake.

5.Yes,this situation could have been avoided from the HR end that when recruiting a candidate it is a must to stick to the guidelines and a staff cannot be blamed if the organization demands a more working hours than recommended by the body.The HR system like addressing the time ,refreshments to staff can have played a role in this situation not to be happened.
