Pam was the senior staff and was a responsibility holder towards his hospital and patient so she must respond to the Complaint filed by the patient . She should clam the patient down and ensure her that their complain will be taken seriously and a new staff will also be provided to her very soon so patient health won't get affected any more because if she won't give any response and just take it for granted then there can be three things that will happen
The reputation of her hospital will be affected
Her own image won't be an ideal image infront of her junior who are going to be at her position in future
She will not only affect the health of this patient but also the health of other patients in her ward because everyone will think that she is not going to Punish or do anything even if they made a mistake
Ans 2):-yes pam should consider renee busy working hours and should change them because this is her responsibility to take care of her staff There should be a fixed limit on working hours of staff because anyone can't work 24 hrs. And if she will do this then he or she will make nistajesty
Ans 3):- she should make his wife understand that she can't fire fire Renee for this simple mistake she should calm her and ensure her that she will get punished for what ever she did
