Ans.) Yes, more or less the level of anxiety is almost consistent with the three mentioned assessment tool. As anxiety, sleep hygiene and sleepiness ultimately causes anxiety. Though, the level of anxiety may vary with each of them.

Yes daytime sleepiness is related to sleep hygiene and level of anxiety. But more it is related to sleep hygiene. For example, when a person doesn't get enough and sound sleep and feels drowsy the next day. Sometimes, it depends on both the reasons because sleep hygiene and level of anxiety eventually affect the sleep of the person. People with disturbed sleep hygiene must be suffering from insomnia. Sometime, sleepiness   is also due to narcolepsy. It is a common disorder that causes excessive sleepiness in day time.
