7.6) Generally, to communicate with other persons in words as we are using text messages and other ways to send information. Suppose, if it is required to deliver the information in an electronic professional way so we use emails. In across the globe, so many countries use these emails to deliver the information for some other either ineffective or ineffective way will draft. Normally receiver will need to understand by seeing our effective emails in case if it is ineffective then the output of information will not deliver effectively.

Let us see some examples of emails have observed recently in both kinds like an effective and ineffective draft.

I am Joseph studying 6th class in your school Mary International. I would like to take a leave on tomorrow 8th September 2018 due to the need to attend an important function. So, kindly request you to please consider my leave and please grant the same to me, sir.

My dear staff,

The school management is informing all teaching staff to carefully monitor all the students and clear their queries with effective solutions. The students will score good marks so you please take the responsibility and do the needful without stress the students.
