Calories: According to the American Heart Association, calorie needs for girls ages 4 to 18 range from 1,200 to 1,800 per day, while boys typically require 1,400 to 2,200 per day.

Protein: 19gms/day

Carbohydrates: 130 gms/day

Recommended added sugar, saturated fat and sodium:

9.b) Two specific recommendations to improve brain's intake

1. Eating less sugar;
