Answer #1

1) When one is tired or having problems they may effect their work.So first talk to the nurse and ask what her problem is and try to console her and give advice to overcome it.Guide her so she can be able to perform her duty. Help her by lending your hand untill she overcomes her problem.

2) Of the problem is severe that may contribute for the risk of patients under your care , I will ask her to do her job correctly if she does be able to change I will give a written warrant to the unit manager again and along with it I will ask the complete care of the patient to be in my hands. So that I can give care to him and help them to recover. Moreover I will take this matter to director of nursing because it not only effects the remaining nurses and patients but to the whole system . Because caring the patient is the main objective to healthcare system.
