Strict vegetarians are more likely to maintain a healthy body weight and have a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease as compared to their meat-eating peers. Do you agree? Give at least three (3) reasons for your answer. Please explain clearly and neatly. thank you in advance

Vegetarian diet people have less risk of developing cardiac disease and they likely to maintain a healthy weight.

1. Vegetarian diet do not contain extra fat which mostly do not increase extra weight of person and person maintains a healthy weight.

2. Vegetarian diet do not contain more cholesterol as much a nonvegetarian diet contain, and it also do not contain LDL ( low density lipid) which is bad lipid, which also reduces chance of cardiac disease.

3. Most of the time ve diet contains antioxidants which helps to maintain integrity of blood vessels,and which do not allow blood pressure to increase,means it also reduces chance of hypertension which is a main cause of cardiac disease,so vegetarian diet have less chance to lead a cardiac disease and unhealthy weight gain in comparison of a nonvegetarian diet.....thank you
