The Bentham and Mill's utilita vianism theory considered to have similarity that the moral value.of an act was determined by the pleasure it produced. The major difference was that Bentham theory of utilitarianism explains and considered only quantity of pleasure Wohereas the Hell considered both quality as well as quantity of pleasure. According to the theory, the Mill's theory mainly focus on the utilitarianism rules as he suggested that priciple g utility should be used to determine moral rules which govern utility.
