Health care systems involve organizations that provide care across different levels of care, typically including hospitals, clinics and other types of facilities. Health care organization is the organization of people, institutions, and resources that deliver health care services to meet the health needs of target populations

Inpatient health care organizations mean that the patient be admitted in the hospital so that he/she can be closely monitored during the procedure and afterward during the recovery

Ambulatory care refers to care services provided to persons who are not hospitalized.

The ambulatory settings include :

*The out-patient surgery centers

*Minor emergency clinics

*Outpatient dialysis unit

*Outpatient birthing centers

\rightarrow Ambulatory care refers to medical services performed on an outpatient basis, without admission to a hospital or other facility. The ambulatory care is provided in settings such as dialysis clinics, ambulatory surgical centers, hospital outpatient departments, and the offices of physicians and other health professionals.

Ambulatory care pharmacy practice whereby there is a provision of integrated, accessible health care services by pharmacists who are accountable for addressing medication needs, developing sustained partnerships with patients with patients, and practicing in the context of family and community.

The ambulatory care pharmacists will work in the hospital and community-based settings.

\rightarrow Quality in ambulatory pharmacy services is surely influenced by organization priorities, targets, and leadership. Pharmacists have a main role in the safe, quality and effective use of medications in improving patient's physical and mental wellness.

*Pharmacists provide education to patients and caregivers on the safe and appropriate use of medications, counsel on medication compliance.

*The demand for the health care services are increasing day by day. Health services are required coordination of multiple resources, such as physicians, medications, and diagnostic equipment.

*The service/or the procedures to the patient should be provided by multiple steps through a network of services

*Tee incidence of delay in service can be reduced by careful forecasting, scheduling, process improvement, and information management

\rightarrowWe can provide a standard and quality based services to the hospital and community-based services thus improve the client satisfaction with the minimum resources with maximum effectiveness.

*The resources that should be available for the maxim effectiveness are all health care providers including physician, nurses etc, adequate availability of medications and other machines are instruments that should be delivering for the service, and other essential diagnostic equipment.

*We have to improve the health services the health care organizations use quality indicators
