There are many leaders who look simple in appearance and seem to have no qualities of leadership but become very good leaders. These leaders are born and original. They do not display any signs of leadership. For example Mahatma Gandhi used to look simple with a dhoti and everyone thought him to be soft natured. But he is a great leader who led the nation single handed. He is a leader who is born without showing any outer signs of leadership.
