Answer: An effective leader is a person who works with the team with good enthusiasm and zeal to achieve the target. A leader has many qualities which improves the outcome of the organisation with the help of teamwork.
A good leader interacts with each team members and leads everyone to come forward. He considers every points of view of each members.
If we talk about the effective manager, they also have similar qualities but different functions. A manger has to work alone and manage the staffs. He has to look after the managerial skills to achieve the target.
A good leader influences on the nursing staff and patients as they work together to achieve the betterment in each field. Where as a good manager will help in smooth running of the organisation by helping the nurse as well as the patient.
