Entrepreneur leader vs. Administrator/ Manager

-- An entrepreneur leader is a person who starts and builds a business enterprise, often known as the chief executive officer. A manager or an administrator is a person who manages a division, department, or functional area within an organization.

-- An entrepreneur leader should own the administrative skills in the sense of being able to accomplish the tasks efficiently, and on contrary the administrator need not to possess the qualities associated with being an entrepreneur for succeeding in the job.

-- An entrepreneur has a wider scope of authority as he owns the freedom of being able to make all the important decisions; and on the other hand manager has narrower scope of authority as he is confined to only his functional area

-- An entrepreneur is at more risk in comparison to the administrator because the administrator potential failure would affects only to an extent that he may lose his job.
