morphine dosage according to patient weight is -2.085ml /4.17mg(in this case as per weight patient requires 4.17mg of morphine the calculation is 2mg/1ml=4.17mg/u,2u=4.17x1,2u=4.17,u=4.17/2=2.085ml )
