In your own words, describe the different between a manager and a leader. Which of the two do you identify with most closely? 150 words minimum

The difference between the leader and manager are :-

The leader is the person who influence his subordinates to achieve a specific goal. While manager is the person who manages the organisation and is responsible for planning, direction, coordination and control.

A leader and the manager is that a leader has followers while the manager has the employees.

Leader promote changes but manager react to the changes.

Leaders tend to have charismatic personalities, are regularly positive and focussed on ensuring the people around them understand the vision and embrace it.Whereas, managers tend to have a vision, and tell people to either agree with it, or get out.

Its easy to identify a leader becuase a leader is Being talkative and likeable makes you easier to follow. A leader is always confident, hard working, energetic and observant. A leader is always high emotional intelligence.
