Answer: A culture changes in hospitals needs the engagement and accountability which is essential for health systems to succeed. The increased population demands health management and accountable care. Strong organizational cultures enable the healthcare system to run smoothly. Leadership is one of the change hospitals need to bring as learning health care organization is carried by leadership committed to a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability in support of continuous learning as a core aim. There should be learning and skill development classes to ensure the capabilities of the healthcare workers to lead the organization in a smooth way. Teamwork is necessary for the progress of the hospital as from the staff to the healthcare professionals, everyone is related to each other and their main aim is to serve better care to the patients. A keen observation should be done to every employee, physician, nurse, environmental services worker that they play a part in achieving the organization's goals.
