The cultural environment affects international marketing and communications. In my country, United States, there are so many differences in things such as education, religion, and values. Each culture contains smaller subcultures. Subculture consists of a group of people with shared value systems based on common life situations and experiences. Subcultures might be nationality groups, racial groups, religious groups, or geographic area groups.

Country risk is the political and economic risk which may impacts its businesses. The political risk refers to risk associated with a nation's politicians and at times can be beneficial for other nations on their decisions on investments. The political environment of a United States make globalisation channelized as per political leaders. Thus when desperate politicians who does not support nationalizations; it could be beneficial for global investors to invest in some strategic industries. The economic risks are risk associated with the financial condition of a country. When the United States has high debt-to-GDP ratio thus not in a position to raise money wants investments by international companies
