Due to the dynamic nature of the healthcare organizations, it is always good to figure out ways to bring strategy in place and vision to carry over. To have a good connection among strategic performance versus strategy development. This has to be cascaded to the organizational strategy which should be aligned to all the managers as well as the employees to common goals and objectives. Therefore, it is important to have analysis and assessment done for the environment, developing the strategic plan based on the health care organization vision, translating the same into tactical plans to take proper actions and have ongoing strategy evaluation.
