In this course, you have learned about sport psychology training from the perspective of a coach. You have had to create and develop plans to implement with your athletes and subordinates, as well as yourself. What one thing that you've learned will you use immediately to enhance your own performance, as well as the performance of your team or your business/organization? What about this one thing make so much sense to you?

One thing that I have learnt and I will use immediately to enhance my performance as well as the performance of my team would be – The importance of the right mind set. This means anchoring your mind to be focused and programming it for success.

This makes so much sense to me because we have subconscious anchors which either fills us with energy or drains us sometimes. If we can become aware of our negative anchors and can program out mind for positive anchors then it will help us to achieve newer heights of success. We can change the inner representation of our physiology in a moment with the help of anchoring. It can help us to create constant triggering mechanism so that we can quickly get into the right state we desire.
