ANSWERS :

1. During the training period of Nursing on how to become a registered nurse I had learnt a lot of things which made me a better person in terms of serving the patients who are in pain and sufferings. I see myself as a nurse helping people to recover from disease conditions, caring of the patients, providing qualitative health services to the needy and patients in the hospital. Overall my training experience as a registered nurse brought a change to understand the pain of patients with disease conditions and now I will see myself as a proud person in providing health care services to patients.

2. I would like to work in Pediatric department as I was interested in giving care to children starting from the birth age groups. The developmental milestones, growth and developmental stages are very important in the children, as well as during the birth ages the child is not treated with care it leads to developmental abnormalities.
