* I shouldn't drink seawater because it consist of large amount of salt

    which results in increased concentration of salt in the blood and our kidneys

need to expel large amount of urine to eliminate this excessive salt from the

body.

* It results in elimination increased amount of water along with salt from the body

   which will make me more dehydrated and thirsty.
