Many bacteria are essential for our health they are called good bacteria, known as the microbiome. There are more than 100 trillions of bacteria in and on our body.

We eat bacteria for health benefits known as probiotics. There are many probiotics supplement available in the market which helps in digestion, helps in absorption, synthesize some vitamins, and keeps our intestine healthy.

Yogurt is a rich source probiotic, Many yogurts on the market contain live bacteria cultures because it is produced naturally by bacterial fermentation. It is very helpful and healthy for our Gut.
