Answer: The use of Advanced technology has improved the healthcare organization functioning. The telehealth technology is one of the example which has reduces the work pressure on the heathcare professionals. It has promoted more contact with the healthcare providers as patients can easily access the healthcare professionals. Telehealth removes the barriers between the patients as well as healthcare professionals.

It also provides platform for the patients to stay connected and daily reminder of the medicine along with the information regarding drug interactions etc can be easily availed by the patient.

Some of the disadvantages of telehealth are:

• Although patient can access the healthcare providers, the physicians needs to contact the patient face to face for more clear intervention.
• It didn't able the healthcare professionals to diagnose the disease because they patient is far away from the healthcare professionals and hence the symptoms can not be noticed.
• Without the vital signs monitoring, sometimes it becomes risky to prescribe medications to patients.

Telehealth is one of the better method which can be used by the patients. It is good for the older people as they can't visits their doctors daily so they can contact with the telephone. They can easily get appointments and they need not to stand in a big queue.
