While planning for case management meeting following should be considered

1. Developing case management meeting guidelines:- these are helpful to gather information accordingly and thus assist in planning.

2. Allot chairperson for the meeting so that he will plan and directs the activities of the case. Involve members of the group in case management. Facilitate participation of all members in the team to reach to a common conclusion.

3. Before the meeting be familiar with the topic, always have the homework about the case . Be sensitive in the process of interaction with team

4. During the meeting use simple language and familiar words and avoid jargons. identify the issues and resolve there itself.

5. After the meeting:- Ensure all issues are sorted out. keep a record of the meeting.
