From the IR spectrum it is evident that the molecule consists of -OH group,shown by the peak at 3300 cm-1.

The peak at 3000 cm-1 shows the C-H stretching frequencies.

From the NMR spectrum, the triplet at 0.9 ppm shows a CH3 which is attached to neighbouring CH2 group.

The multiplet at 1.4 ppm shows the -CH2-CH2-CH2

The Quartret at 1.6 ppm shows the CH2 attached to CH3.

The singlet at 2.2 ppm shows the OH group.

Hence the given alcohol is butanol

CH3-CH2-CH2-CH2-OH
