Communication is a two way process in which there are two parties involved, the sender and the receiver. So, now communication is only said to be done whenever the receiver is able to understand what the sender wants to communicate. For sending a message sender uses various processes and methods.
Since communication can be done by various processes and methods but the best practice communication processes and methods are as follows :-

• Be reliable : one of the best practice to communicate is to be related to the point which you wants to communicate. Emphasize only on the topic which you want to communicate.
• Keeping a good sense of humour helps in the process of communication by making the situation easily understandable.
• Active listening : provides and additional helps in Communications as active listeners are also good speakers and understands the receivers point of view and can make a communication more effective.
• The best process of communication is to put the audience at ease. By using this process any type of audience can be communicated easily.

The two main methods of communication for oral method and written method.

1. Oral methods includes verbal and non verbal type of communication.

• In verbal communication, speaking or sign language are used for communication.
• In nonverbal communication, body language, gestures and facial expressions conveys the message is the speaker/sender wants to communicate.

2. Written methods are very common as these methods can locate the source of information. These are simply writings, typings, or symbols. It provides the record of information.
