1.Being in the healthcare profession diversity are often noted in every aspects ,when it comes to religion it can lead to many ethical dilemma of what has to be done in those situations.Here the patient should not be disappointed because found so can make patient feel anxious, lack of trust, non cooperative ,develop mistrust on the care and fear about how the service will be provided. The best way to respond is to understand this and joint the patient feeling rather than thinking of his religion.

2.The patient is in the safety needs expecting for a good moral support to be their during the surgery and praying to the God before surgery

3.The way to ease patient's anxiety are

  • To inform patient about the pre operation and the sedation administration
  • Inform that the patient will accompanied by staffs throughout the procedure and after procedure till being handed over to the concerned staff
  • Provide psychological and spiritual support
  • Do not create panic environment to the patient

4.Some of the ways the patient's experience postoperatively can be affected are

  • The patient believes the success of the surgery is because of the presence of spiritual power
  • Anxiety can slowen the progress for improvement by restricting the patient from doing the post operative activity
