Steps to develop skil-

• skill training programmme can be conducted as it provides idea about how to carry out the assigned work.
• special procedure classes.as it will improve individual's skill in an effective manner.

• preparing case study etc.

Steps to develop knowledge

• Conducting in-service classes.
• Preparing slide show presentation
• Educational visits
• Group project works.
• More use of AV aids inside the desired workplace.
• periodic evaluation
• and other actions can be taken to develop all five competencies are -
• maintaining good IPR.
• Assessment, setting goal, planning interventions for increase of knowledge level and outcome.
