Answer : Difference between powers of state government and powers of the Federal government:

  • Federal government have enumerated power where as state government have reserved power.
  • Federal government declare war where as state government establish and maintain local government.
  • Federal government maintain forgien affairs of trade as well as interstate trade where as state government power to maintain trade within the state.
  • Federal government has power to make copyright and patent law where as state government has power to provide public safety against them.
  • Federal government establish forgien policy where as state government has power to establish and maintain policy within the state related to education, health etc.
  • Federal government create and maintain armied force where as state government conduct election.

Some power are concurrent which done by both the government . These are related to administration, criminal justice,charter bank , raise tax rate and borrow money.
