Avilable amount is 4 Mg per 5 ml.
So for the 16 mg the volume shoulde be 5 x 4 = 20 ml.

So the total vlume of drug that would be 20 ml.

Given oredr is 120 mg PO
Available order is 60 mg per tablet.

So the client need to receive 2 tablet to achieve the order of 120 mg,
Hence the answer is 2 tablet.
