Option C is correct as

As a lead researcher i will emphasize on the reserch interest at the end of the project and as per the community of the interest.

And will not distract the team in early stage. Once i will have the informed consent then i will focus on the research data and before that i will instruct to be involved in regular research activity and required documentaion.
