1.Osteoporosis occurs due to thedeficency of vitamin D or calcium deficency.sometimes hormonel changes also lead to osteoporosis especially after menopause.in this condition.Bone easily get broken and become hard .

Osteopenia means the body is unable to make new bone.this also due to low calcium and vitamin D diet.

Softening of the bone is called osteomalacia .this is causing due to lack of phosphate ,calcium and vitamin D .
