1.Some of the strategies the organization can take to survive and improve its performance and compete are

  • Having a complete knowledge about healthcare market share which is in current trend.This makes them to have a healthy competition with others
  • Survive the internal departments, professionals individually for assessing the drawback, limitations, success for correction in respective field
  • Bringing in advanced technology use in patient care .This makes patients that they will receive the most sophisticated and best care compared with other hospital
  • Bring in the latest medical practices, surgery ,procedures for patient comfort
  • One of the rapid growing facility and speciality is obstetrics.The patient number has outnumbered due to the problem of having a baby naturally in this technical world
  • Make use of advertisement to reach up to lay people to broaden the patient care
  • Provide free campaigns ,health check ups and awareness programs periodically, so that public always remember the hospital
  • Provide a low cost high quality care to patients which attracts patients
  • Documentary reports of patients can be formulated to reach to public ,this pulls the public attention.
  • Make sure the readmission rate are reduced,this creates a sense of assurance and confidence about getting admitted and treated in specific hospital
