Self-care is very important as it maintains a healthy relationship with one’s own self. It leads to positive feelings, improving confidence and self-esteem too. Self-care reduces overload and burned out condition, it reduces the stress in life; it makes time for eating healthy food and doing exercise. Thus the healthy lifestyle due to self-care leads to health and wellbeing. What every little we suffer may be treated by the use of over the counter medication such as Tylenol for body aches and fever. However, we should be watchful of the excess use of these over the counter medications.
