The triple therapy is the management of the peptic ulcer to control the harmful effects of the H.Pylori.

It includes the combination or set of the following medication in the specific order:

use PPI i.e. proton pump inhibitor dugs like rabeprazol, BD or esomeprazole 40 mg daily + amoxicillin 1000 mg BD + clarithromycin 500 mg BD for the 14 days of the course.

It is the best therapy for the complete management of H.pylori mediated peptic ulcers.

The drugs like the NSAIDS(Non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs) like diclofenac and ibuprofen need to be taken after meal as these drugs irritate the gastric mucosa and may cuase the ulcerogenic effects
