1. The one area from the iCare assessment is I AM AWARE OF MY STRENGTH AND CHALLENGES AS A NURSE.

The strength and challenge as a nurse is very important in medical field. As a nurse we need to now our strength and know how to improve our strength The challenge in nurse is not that easy but as a nurse need to overcome the challenge that are faced in professional service.

The significant opportunities to improve this during BSN program is while learning about the importance of nurse in the medical setup. The need of care provided by nurse made to realize the significant opportunity to improve in strength and challenge.

To improve this area keep working on skill. Practitioner of nurse and by observing the clinical setup for the need of nurse and challenges of nurse this area will improve.

2. The clinical instructor care will improve the students education. The characteristics of instructor results in the student education and clinical practice. The instructor care would provide a better information and knowledge to the student and the interaction between the student and instructor Will be ease. This promotes the learning easier.
