The nursing profession is a special interest group in American democracy is due to the security of jobs,large vacancy in healthcare department, and service minded individuals makes one interest in this profession

The nurse can understand the need of the patients ,so having them involved in the advocacy policy can make and suggest things of care in patient care.The media like NEWS,news letter, magazine, web can be made use in reaching the goal with a proper strategy

Some of the benefits which a nurse can get from professional nursing organization are

  • Continue nursing education
  • staying up to date
  • A good networks of opportunity can be established
  • Creates and promotes excellence in service
  • Leaderships roles are encouraged

The nurses should understand that globalization is occurring fast ,Some aspects like migrating for earning purpose, poor diet ,pollution. This is important for a nurse to plan the care of patient.The information learned can be a great pillar for the nurse during their practice working confidentially.
