1. Disease

The disease is referred to any deviation in normal physiological function or structural abnormality which shows specific signs and symptoms which represent to a specific part, organ, tissue, cells.

Here is the exclusion is external physical injury.

2. Chronic disease

A disease that presents for long periods of time and persists signs and symptoms over the periods of time(More than 3 months to more than a year, the time period differs from disease to disease).

Example - Diabetes

3. Genetic Disease

Genetic disease is caused by abnormalities of our genomes, It can be transferable to the next generation.

It may be due to the mutation of genes or any chromosomal abnormalities.

Example - Sickle cell disease

4. Risk factors

Risk factors are mainly some bad behavioral factors/habits or genetic factors that increase the chance/risk to develop a particular disease.

Example - Excessive alcohol intake can increase the risk for liver cirrhosis

5. Obesity

Obesity refers to the condition of excess body fat accumulation in all over the body or in a specific region, which can be a potential risk factor for many non-communicable diseases.

It is identified by BMI (Body mass index).
