Prevention of health help in managing our own health. less than a year ago there is a major issue in global health is lack of resources for the poor populations to access health services. this limited ability controls health and wellness. global health focus on international healthcare focuses on improving health and health care equity for people worldwide. Universal health coverage for individual and community receive health service with economic support improving health service and health outcome as important integrated care. focus on primary health care will be a cost-effective way to improve health. Primary health care is an important force for advance universal health coverage, focus on equity, health promotion, disease prevention, and multisectoral approach. primary health service focus on community participation with economic, social and environmental determinants. mainly focus on preventive measures than cure.
