Ohio health is a national non profitable organization to provide the best health care services.

Ohio's health code of conduct established for the organizations committment to compliance. This is actually designed to determine the Ohio's health care compliance.Ohio's health care employees completes the training and assessment for the first 60 days of joining.Ohio's ethics and compliance office is responsible for implementing maintaining and reviewing of ethics and compliance programme. They monitor PHI through HIPAA compliance policies and programmes.Their Senior vice president and chief ethics and compliance officer monitors and maintains the compliance. They have privacy compliance, billing compliance, research compliance, population health and venture compliance. The Ethics and compliance offices compliance team will review compliance related concerns and also allegations that are detected and reported through report mechanisms.Privacy incidents are reported to a supervisor, Ethics and compliance office, Ohio health and ethics compliance hot line.

M.D Anderson institutional compliance programme supports the institutional mission of maintaining compliance issues related to research, billing, reimbursement, privacy, information security and ethics.Compliance concerns are identified through on going auditing and monitoring activities as well as reporting through work force members. They have 10 principles for the employees need to be followed up.Thinking and acting ethically, keeping everything confidential, avoiding gifts , billing accurately, be a colleague are some of the principles employees need to follow up.They have zero tolerance policy on privacy violation things. All the concerns will be handled to Hotline compliance board.

The only interested thing I found is 60 days training for employees to ensure the safety of health information. Also the most surprising thing is the hospital maintaining such privacy policies for the protection of Patient Health Information.
