Answer #1

A nurse could know that the knowledge in research study is usable for clinical practice when the study is related to practical experience which they are going to get .This can be related to the most common patient care like injections, pressure sore care, positioning ,diet, vitals disease condition and its management, etc.,When the nurse knows about the disease condition symptoms for a condition or knowing the risk factors can help a patient by taking appropriate preventive techniques or creating aware or educating them.

A critical thinker will always look for the reliability ,genuineness, benefits or advantages of an evidence before decisio change

These two characteristics are very essential to integrate research-based evidence into the practice. This can create a real sense of trust by the residents on the clinicians and the health care professionals in regards to the care they deliver. The quality of care delivered provided can be improved in overall health care sector.
