The facility I chose is Tarrytown Hall Care Center, this facility is located at 20 Wood Court, Tarrytown, New York.

Tarry Town Hall care center physical setting is a skilled nursing facility with sub-acute rehab and dementia care service they offer in that facility it includes physical and occupational therapy, social work service, nutrition care, speech therapy, hospice service, dental and vision services, complex medical care, and surgical care.
It is a for-profit corporation and medicare certified care center, it operates the nursing home with 112 residents and 120 beds. It has Medicaid and Medicare programs. staff with qualification RN, LPN, LVN, CNA and physical therapy providing quality care at any time. Tarry Townhall care center charges total $2, 280, 438 for the amount to 68 to 70 medicare beneficiaries.
CMS conducts regular health and safety inspection. It has home met national fire protects association standards and emergency preparedness violation standards in the last inspections. It has a low rate of compliant and has better safety and satisfaction ratings. this facility providing good and safe care and has close monitoring for each resident. consequences of understandings sometimes are tragic it makes a facility to provide the legally necessary care. Including the kinds of knowledgeable professionals to delivering care to nursing homes. staffing level provides good quality care, it must be considered the relationship between staffing ration and quality of care.
