Conditions required for conception have been met is

- Vaginal intercourse occurs 3- 5 days after ovulation without the use of any form of birth control.

- A couple has unprotected sex 5 days before the egg is present in the fallopian tube.

Explanation:-

Ovulation occurs in arround 14th day of menstruation. A woman can become pregnant if unprotected sexual intercourse is happening 5-6 days before ovulation or 5-6 after ovulation.
