In my opinion , in order to provide holistic development to managers , it is imperative to inculcate a composite, amalgamation of various management programs which aid efficient ,dynamic, coherent attributes needed for an effective conduct of any organisation .

A) The issues that needs to addressed are as follows :

i) participation - participation of an employee in the structure and formation of plans is necessary to inculcate the culture of inclusiveness .

ii) delegation - an employee should be delegated with work beyond expectations that challenges his or her skills and leads to satisfaction in job, admiration towards the designation assigned and striving towards yielding maximum productivity .

iii) Ethics and integrity - The employees must be informed about the nature of job assigned and the right approach to fulfill it . An employee should not use corrupt measures to complete the assigned task rather must uphold the dignity and the moral of a medical professional .

B) To facilitate aspects of information technology in training , different measures can be put into practice and as an orientation plan to facilitate technological sound conduct of operations in a medical organisation . Some of the important measures have been discussed below ;

i) Specific portal - Designated portals designed to solve queries of the concerned individual helps in reaching out to a huge proportion of people concerned . By making employees aware of such portals would help them to know better of the issues faced by an individual and further its remedial process.

ii) Emerging trends - Managers need to make themselves aware of the emerging trends in the technological market and various new technological advancements that affects business on a broad level and must impart the required training and pool the interests of the employees towards the same direction to compete in parallel with the competitors.

iii) Collaborating ideas - Managers must strive towards sharing and collaborating ideas of an organisation with a different organisation digitally working in the identical field of business operation to harness, new innovative, practical and feasible ideas that is efficient and yield better outcomes for the organisation .
