Regulations, third-party payer requirements, and licensing/accreditation standards contribute to this complexity but, formalized policies and procedures can ease the difficulty by promoting workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Additionally, well-written, up-to-date policies and procedures reduce practice inconsistency that my result in substandard care and patient harm. The operational challenges associated with writing and maintaining complete written policies place heavy demands on healthcare managers. There are increasing financial pressures and top-priority status that must be given to direct patient care that make managers feel that it is diffcult to find time to review or update policies Does your place of employment have written policies and procedures that covers all aspects of management in your healthcare setting that are regularly updated? 1. Health care policies and procedures are maintained to develop a great communication with employees of the organization in achieving the desired goals, as well as helps in understanding employees of their roles and responsibilities within the organization. In our place of employment the written policies and procedures covers management of health care setting at some extent, as they need to develop a much more to achieve a good success in patient care. As developing difficulties and improper communication between the employees the management of health care setting is not able to achieve the expected goals. A complete updated proforma and strict implementations by all the employees can cover the objectives of the organization.

2. Manual stating a complete proforma focusing on small aspects also can bring a great change in employment organization. Setting of the policies and procedures for all the employees is for achieving a desired goal in the field of health care settings and to provide qualitative care to the patients. Along with the manuals of policies and procedures of the health care team the organization has to take a serious step making all the employees to follow those regulations or else their job may be at risk due to the negligent behavior or improper manual settings regarding the policies and procedures.
