Health care policies and procedures are maintained to develop a great communication with employees of the organization in achieving the desired goals, as well as helps in understanding employees of their roles and responsibilities within the organization. In our place of employment the written policies and procedures covers management of health care setting at some extent, as they need to develop a much more to achieve a good success in patient care. As developing difficulties and improper communication between the employees the management of health care setting is not able to achieve the expected goals. A complete updated proforma and strict implementations by all the employees can cover the objectives of the organization.

2. Manual stating a complete proforma focusing on small aspects also can bring a great change in employment organization. Setting of the policies and procedures for all the employees is for achieving a desired goal in the field of health care settings and to provide qualitative care to the patients. Along with the manuals of policies and procedures of the health care team the organization has to take a serious step making all the employees to follow those regulations or else their job may be at risk due to the negligent behavior or improper manual settings regarding the policies and procedures.
