HEAD NURSE

  • Head nurse can be coordinate and control the all activity in the ward.
  • Conduct the nursing rounds and supervise the specialized care rendered by staff nurse.
  • Maintain good relationship with other health professionals.
  • Conduct the teaching regarding improve the nursing care.
  • Inventory checking and allocation of resources in the ward.

Ward incharge

  • supervise the duties of subordinate and report to higher authority if any issue.
  • Ensure ward cleanliness, patient safety and security in the ward.
  • Conduct ward rounds and monitor the conditions of the patient, ask the doctor's regarding the concern of the patient.
  • Help the head nurse to maintain the duty roaster.

Staff nurse

  • The staff nurse directly provide the patient care.
  • Provide care according to the hospital standard.
  • She works under supervision of senior staff and hold the authority over nursing assistant.
  • Administration of medication, personal hygiene of patient
  • Assist the patient in the activity of daily living
